In order to honor our commitment to providing a safe learning environment for all students, the following actions are prohibited:

Threatening or bullying behavior
Any student who engages in threatening or bullying behavior of anyone at school or a school related activity will be subject to disciplinary consequences that may include Saturday School, suspension and/or expulsion.

Sexual Harrassments of anyone at school or a school related activity
Any student who engages in sexual harassment of anyone at school or a school related activity will be subject to disciplinary consequences that may include Saturday School, suspension and/or expulsion.

Possession of weapons, replicas, or toy weapons
Any student found with a weapon or a replica while on grounds, on their way to and from school, or while attending an authorized school activity will be suspended pending a discipline/expulsion panel. The decision of this panel could include expulsion from the La Habra City School District.

Possession of and/or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol or other dangerous substances
Any student who is in possession of and/or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other dangerous substances will be suspended pending a discipline/expulsion panel. The decision of this panel could include expulsion from the La Habra City School District.
